These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DailyGiggle mobile application ("the App"), developed by DigitProdAT ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use DailyGiggle on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

DailyGiggle is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. The App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is collected and processed.
The App, including its design, graphics, and the joke content it displays, is owned by DigitProdAT or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may share individual jokes shown in the App (e.g. via the built-in share feature) for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the App itself or its content in bulk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The jokes provided are for entertainment purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigitProdAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App relies on third-party services, including Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Firebase (analytics). Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
